Edmond Spence, Swedish Mid-Century Modern, Concave Dresser, Stained Wood, Brass, Sweden, 1950s
A unique dresser designed and produced by Edmond Spence in Sweden c. 1950s. This example features an overall architectural curved shape and 6 (six) pull out drawers each having two modernist rectangular drawer pulls. Marked "Made in Sweden Factory No. 14" on the backside. Each leg is finished with a thin heavily patinated brass detail. Unrefinished; presenting with some abrasions, marks, chips, scratches, throughout.
