English 19th Century Tall Painted Bookcase

This tall and narrow English bookcase is perfect for a slender wall needing storage and display. The recently painted bright yellow exterior and French blue interior are a striking color combination that will brighten any home. A pair of tri-paneled doors feature their original antique wavy glass and open using a brass knob and catch. The interior of the upper cabinet has three fixed shelves, 9 ½” deep for displaying your collectables. Below is a pair of paneled doors opening with a brass knob and working lock and key. The interior has one fixed shelf at 14”deep, perfect for storing bulkier items that don’t need to be on display. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering the age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos.
