Description
Dimensions: 40 ¼” H x 67” W x 21” D
A timeless case piece, this 19th century Louis XVI style enfilade has a (more recent) ebonized finish that beautifully contrasts the white marble top and brass accents for a touch of drama in a foyer or dining room. The breakfront shape is finished with turreted corners and fluted pilasters for Neoclassical touches down to the reeded texture of the door fronts. Paneling is outlined in glowing brass trim over doors and drawers that offer multiple storage options to suit one’s needs. At center are two stacked drawers with working locks sharing a key between them. Below, the reeded doors operate in tandem (with working lock & key) enclosing the main storage cabinet offering one shelf, 26 ¾” W x 17 ½” D. Cabinets to the left and right share the same key as the middle cabinet to operate their respective locks, each containing a shelf, 17” deep. Turned, tapering legs with brass sabots elevate the piece from the floor. Cleaned, polished, and tightened, this gorgeous antique enfilade is ready for your interior.
