French 19th Century Ebonized Louis XVI Style Enfilade
-
Description
A timeless case piece, this 19th century Louis XVI style enfilade has a (more recent) ebonized finish that beautifully contrasts the brass accents for a touch of drama in a foyer or dining room. The breakfront shape is finished with three-quarter round corners and fluted pilasters for Neoclassical touches down to the garden urns embossed on the ring pull hardware mounted to the three drawers of the apron. Paneled doors outlined in glowing brass trim enclose the three storage compartments, each with their own working lock & key. Inside, each compartment has an adjustable shelf on sawtooth brackets to reconfigure as needed. Turned, tapering legs with brass sabots elevate the piece from the floor. Cleaned and tightened, this gorgeous antique enfilade is ready for your interior. Please view the detailed images.
