Made from walnut in simple construction, the wood grain has rich color and pattern, the plain top surface sits over a case with four drawers and paneled sides. Stunning, Louis XVI hardware on the drawer fronts lends functional ornamentation to the piece in the forms of ring pulls and escutcheon plates.
