18th-early 19th century fruit wood marquetry inlaid commode chest or bedside stand. A wonderful fruit-wood inlaid marquetry signed commode. Finest signed South Germany/Austrian inlaid commode from the early 18th century in remarkably good original condition. The top having a hunter in German dress with his gun and hunting dog signed under the man Gulc Nachi. This is simply the finest collector piece one could possibly wish to own in there home. Fresh from a New Cannan Estate.
