  • Description
    Large neoclassical chest of drawers in cherrywood with three drawers, resting on finely crafted tapered legs and featuring chamfered, slightly protruding corners. The top drawer is narrow and adorned with a marquetry wavy ribbon design. The two lower drawers are inlaid with walnut veneer panels and feature a central medallion with an urn motif that spans both drawers. Circular brass mounts complement the elegant front design. The same decorative scheme continues on the sides and the top, which is further embellished with floral bouquets in vases. Meander borders frame the panels, and a fine filet band accents the upper edge of the chest.
