Pair of Charcoal Stingray Shagreen and Bronze Finish Framed Nightstands, PAIR

Offered by: Gustavo Olivieri Antiques

Description
This elegant pair of nightstands from the 1980's pairs the organic texture of authentic natural shagreen with a slim, antiqued bronze-finish frame. Each features a shagreen-wrapped top and a single drawer fitted with a sculptural tapered brass pull, above an open shelf fully lined in matching shagreen. Raised on straight, slender legs, the pieces have a clean, architectural silhouette that recalls 1940s French modernism while suiting a contemporary interior. The muted gray-green tone and subtle sheen of the shagreen bring warmth and depth, making the pair a refined choice for a bedroom, or as end tables flanking a sofa. In excellent condition.
