Depth: 18.75" // Dated to the late 19th century, this pair of tall book cabinets was once used in a scholars' studio or well-to-do home to store a collector's most cherished objects. Enclosed by a low railing, the upper shelf was used to display antiques, plants, and works of art, while the larger compartment below was used to store books and painted scrolls.
