Rare Georgian Twelve Drawer Dresser
-
Description
Rare and unusual George III mahogany chest of twelve drawers, having ogee molded top over bank of four full sized drawers flanked by two rows of narrow drawers, all retaining original "Directoire" brasses, standing on bracket foot.
18th century English wide chests of drawers are rare and finding one with original French influenced brass pulls are even more so. This one retains a nice, mellow patina. -
