Description
11539 A CHERRYWOOD VENEERED LIBRARY TABLE OF INTERESTING DESIGN Probably Vienna. Circa 1830. Measurements: Width: 74 1/4″ (188.5 cm) ; Depth: 39″ (99 cm) ; Height: 31″ (79 cm).
Of cherrywood. The rectangular top with curved corners and line inlay rests upon a vertically crossbanded frieze set with two drawers to one side. The four legs of cabriole form with line inlay and lobed tops, terminating in a voluted toe. The legs united by a ‘H’ stretcher with baluster turnings and roundels. Minor repairs.
