Description
Circa 1760 Demilune Console with the original distressed lacquer, consistent with the age & use. Elements of classical Louis XVI style are represented in the finely detailed wood carvings in the curved fluted apron. Circular carved medallions connect the four leg segments to the apron. Resting on the table top is the original bleu turquin marble plateau. The table is shipping from France this summer to New Orleans.
