Presenting an absolutely gorgeous little 18th century French Provincial burl walnut work table with lyre shaped supports.
This stunning little piece is elegant simplicity at it’s best with the most gorgeous natural age and patina to its surface.
We estimate this to be from circa 1760–1780.
It is made of the most beautiful natural burl walnut with stunning patina. The top is rectangular with a raised walnut gallery. It has a single drawer to the front. It sits on lyre shaped side supports/legs in a criss-cross shape with a central support shelf to the base in an oblong shape.
This simple little table gets everyone’s attention when entering our store and it is not a surprise as it is a really quality piece!
