A wonderfully bold and architecturally modernist side table produced in France in the early 1950s. Perfect interplay between thick square top with parquet design and the shaped cylindrical legs. A unique flat panel sits behind each leg and ties into the lower x-form stretcher speaks to the high quality of design. Unclear maker.
