    Perfect restored, amazing looking late 19th Century Biedermeier coffee table from the so-called "second" period around 1860 in Austria. This artfully crafted round coffee table impresses with its breathtaking marquetry/ inlay works and many small details. The top plate shows absolutely incredible looking star patterns, intricately created with nutwood, walnut, maple and fruitwood. Additional to the delicate maple thread inlays and micro-marquetry - which can also be seen around the table´s plate - the outter edge has been adorned by a lovely diagonally veneered pattern. The beautiful designed base with elegantly curved legs, completes the extraordinary look of this exceptional mid 19th century nutwood Biedermeier coffee table.
