Description
Delicately proportioned with refined detail, this charming nightstand features a shaped marble top above a single drawer and cupboard door, opening to a marble-lined interior. The case rests on graceful cabriole legs ending in casters and joined by a lower shaped shelf. Decorated throughout with floral motifs on an antique cream ground, the piece exemplifies the light, romantic character of the Louis XV revival of the late 19th century. A perfect little table bedside or as added storage in the bathroom.
