Antique Rustic Oak Trestle Table, 19th Century

Crafted during the 19th century, this antique rustic oak trestle table is a fine example of traditional European country furniture. Built entirely from solid oak, it features a substantial plank top with naturally irregular edges resting on a robust trestle base joined by classic mortise-and-tenon construction secured with wooden pegs. The honest proportions, hand-worked surfaces, and rich, timeworn patina reflect generations of use, giving the piece an unmistakable sense of authenticity. Originally intended as a practical farmhouse table, it now serves equally well as a dining table, console, or statement piece within both contemporary and historic interiors. The table comfortably seats six to eight people, depending on chair size.
