Description
ART DECO FORMAL DINING ROOM SUITE:
Art Deco dining set embodies the sophistication and craftsmanship of the 1930s, of English origin. The ensemble includes a glass-topped dining table, six matching chairs, and a coordinating sideboard buffet, all showcasing a luxurious combination of Birdseye Maple and Macassar Ebony veneers. This is one exception suite of furniture as the design and quality are not at all typical but perfectly stylized Art Deco.
Table & Chairs:
The table features bold, rounded legs, seamlessly integrating into the curved apron, a hallmark of refined Art Deco design. The interior sides of the legs are uniquely lined with Macassar Ebony, adding depth and contrast to the warm Birdseye Maple exterior. The six chairs mirror the tables' exquisite material interplay, with sculptural curved backs in Maple and deep rich Mcassar. Plush black upholster seats provide an elegant contrast to the wood tones while ensuring comfort.
Sideboard Buffet:
Designed with the same curved, streamlined Art Deco aesthetic, the sideboard features rounded corners, a glass display section, and sleep chrome-accented handles. The cabinet doors and drawers offer ample storage, maintaining both beauty and functionality. The glass top surface enhances durability while preserving the natural beauty of the wood grain.
Overall Aesthetic & Craftsmanship:
This dining set is a masterclass in Art Deco elegance, with fluid curves, bookmatched veneers, and a striking balance of light and dark wood tones. The seamless integration of exotic woods and luxurious finishes suggests high-end, period-authentic craftsmanship. A rare and extraordinary find, ideal for collectors or lovers of true Art Deco sophistication.
