Description
Retaining the signature two-part composition, the table is divided by a sinuous negative space reminiscent of a winding river. The separation creates a sense of movement and invites interaction, allowing each element to stand independently or come together in a continuously evolving relationship. In wood, the Serpentine takes on a softer, more tactile presence. The natural grain follows and accentuates its flowing geometry, while the fluted edge detail creates a subtle interplay of light and shadow across the surface. Both sculptural and functional, this new addition explores the Serpentine’s connection to nature through material, movement and form.
