  • Description
Bernard Vuarnesson (b. 1934 France) was an artistic engineer (degree from Ecole Supérieure du Bois and a civil engineering degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers de Paris) who went on to create with his wife Ariane the design firm Sculptures-Jeux in 1973. The collaboration included a series of tables designed to with interchangeable visual elements. This vintage coffee table is made from a dark stained iroko wood and has four extractable and reversible square panels that easily move in two directions. Originally labeled "Hexa" - this particular version is model Par4 - H40 and made by Bellato International srl in Italy in the late 1980s.
