    Swedish Grace, Art Deco dining table (has 4 matching chairs sold separately) by architect Carl Bergsten. Masterfully crafted table is veneered in elm, mahogany and detailed with pewter inlay and carved gilt-wood feet. Table expands but has no leaves. Designed and produced circa late 1920's early1930's.

    Some of Bergsten works include the interiors of the luxury ocean liner M/S Kungsholm and the Liljevalchs Art Museum in Stockholm. Bergsten designed the Swedish Pavilion at The International Exhibition of Modern Decorative and Industrial Arts held in Paris, France, from April to October 1925, where the French press coined the term "Swedish Grace".
