Inspired by the pictorial works of Le Corbusier, Jamie Hayon has created the Reaction Poetique collection of streamlined, functional objects, perfectly suited to the contemporary home. The collection is offered in a variety of shapes and sizes, ranging from centerpiece, tray or table.

Spanish artist-designer Jaime Hayon studied industrial design at Instituto Europeo di Diseño in Madrid, graduating in 1997. He continued his education at Fabrica, a design and communication academy founded by Benetton, where he had the opportunity to work with Oliviero Toscani. He launched Hayon Studio in Madrid in 2000; a second studio in Treviso and his third location in London. Hayon’s work mixes art and design with very few elements but with great attention to detail. Now internationally known, he has completed projects worldwide.

Hayon’s list of awards includes the 2006 Elle Deco International Design Award, the 2008 award for Best Designer from Elle Deco Japan, the 2009 Designer of the Year award from AD Russia, and the 2010 Maison & Objet Designer of the Year award. In 2008, he was guest of honor at Belgium’s Biennale Interieur, the youngest person ever to receive the accolade.
