Description
Founded in 1947 by Luigi Caccia Dominioni, Ignazio Gardella, and Corrado Corradi Dell'Acqua, the Italian brand Azucena has always stood out for its collections that combine formal elegance, understated luxury, pure aesthetics, and craftsmanship.
The brand, which the architects call Azucena after the name of the gypsy from the theatrical opera Il Trovatore, is created both to collect some of their furniture designs for use in furnishing the buildings they designed and, conversely, to be able to produce individually some furniture that is part of furniture series they designed.
Here for this Manufacturer we have a pair of low tables designed by one of the founder of Azucena, Corrado Corradi dell'Acqua. The model is T12 Montecarlo and they were designed in '50s. They have a nickeled Brass structure and 2 glass tops. These table can be used as side tables for example in the bedroom, or even as tables of support for an office or a studio, or again for the living room.
Good condition, fully original. -
