Description
Designed by Italian master modernist Enzo Mari in 1973, the Fratello coffee table stands as a hallmark of rationalist, industrial architecture. Produced by the Italian design house Driade, this low double-top table embodies radical simplicity. It features anthracite black painted steel sections configured as architectural legs, securely bound by a prominent solid wooden central beam. Mari intentionally integrated two transparent tempered glass tiers—a main upper tabletop and a lower tier shelf—to preserve visual openness and highlight the raw, functional beauty of the structural skeleton below.
