Mid Century Fratelli Proserpio Desk, 60s
Fantastic, newly restored piece in walnut wood. This is a highly functional piece of furniture with a totally unique design.

Designed by Fratelli Proserpio, an Italian designer from the 1960s.

Classic and clean lines, with straight profiles that mark a square in its base shape. Diagonal shape in the inclination of the desk. The peculiarity of this piece is in its mechanism, which raises the desk blinds and opens automatically when pulling the top. The blinds are raised and the desk expands towards the front, revealing a large work surface. The interior is compartmentalized.

The top of the four legs is finished with very stylized balls. Preserved in perfect condition.

Closed desk measurements: 90 cm (Height) x 82 cm (Width) x 52 cm (Depth)

Extended measurements: 72 cm (height of desk top) x 80 cm (depth)
