French 19th Century Empire Console

Description
A petite French mahogany Empire console with its original marble top. A single drawer is housed in the apron over a pair of column form front legs with neoclassical style brass capitals at the top and base. Behind the console is the original mirror used to reflect light or some might call a “petticoat mirror”. The thick bottom shelf is raised on block feet.
