Description
Gustavian, Louis XI, Painted Wood, Marble, Demilune Console Table, France, 1780
A beautifully preserved demilune console table, crafted in France around 1780 in the Louis XVI style. Featuring original green and grey paint with a rich patina, this piece retains its original white marble top. The finely carved, tapered legs lead to a pierced apron with rosette detailing, making it a distinguished example of 18th-century craftsmanship.
