Description
A bespoken coffee table by John Vesey (1924-1992) for John Vesey Inc circa 1958. A rare X-leg model V-41 from the designer who reinvented classics for modern living. Constructed in polished aluminum with brass accent joint tubes and plates, the table support a smoked glass top (24" x 48"). The base is slightly smaller (43.25"x21.25"x16.25" ). A large tabletop can be supported if one wishes so. The shape of the table was inspired by silouette of the neoclassic furniture. The use of industrial grade aluminum with brass for the airy frame renders the piece a completely modern aesthetics. The style, with its registration of classic, works beautifully with a wide range of interiors. It is timelessly stylish with a touch of glamor.
We have an ensuite matching console or sofa table available (see last pic). -
