Description
A fantastic low coffee table circa 1979 in stained vinhatico wood. This live edge biomorphic form Brazilian tree trunk is almost 5 feet in diameter with 4 iron cylindrical base legs for maximum stability. This slice of a tree is 6 3/4 inches thick. Very modern and yet very organic! In the style of José Zanine Caldas.
NOTE: this ALL natural tree slice has normal variations in size, such as thickness in one area is 6 3/4 inches and in another area 5 1/2 inches thick. Also, there is a slight slant to the table, being 14 inches tall on one side and 13 inches tall on the opposite side. Because of the scale and natural undulations, none of these variations are noticeable. -
