This iconic pedestal dining table/desk designed by Florence Knoll for Knoll International in the United States, was produced in the 1960s. This table top is made from solid oval walnut and stands a welded steel base with polished chromed finish post with four-star base. Incredibly durable construction ready to complement your Mid-Century Modern or contemporary home with a piece of furniture history. The top shows a warm fine-grained surface resulting in a harmonious decorative detail. Florence Knoll was one of the powerhouse Mid Century designers and her furniture exemplifies the design aesthetic and exceptional craftsmanship known to be manufactured in the Knoll Studio.
