This robust low table is a one of a kind piece, centering on a thick, magnificent solid hardwood log. Its form is grounded and elemental, featuring a heavy, organic slab top resting on a sturdy, solid log base. The piece feels like a direct translation of the forest into the home, preserving the raw vitality and substantial weight of the original tree.

The table is defined by its striking surface details. The top showcases a dramatic contrast between the dark, concentric rings of the heartwood and the lighter, creamy sapwood. The thick edges are particularly captivating, displaying intricate spalting—natural black lines and map like patterns created by fungi—which give the wood a unique, marble like aesthetic.
