Maison Jansen console table having tastle and ribbon form with leaf design. This French console or serving table has a rouge and white veined marble top supported by a demilune shaped base that has been wonderfully parcel-gilt and paint decorated in an off Lancaster white finish. The single center drawer sits on an apron having flowing vines and leaf decorative carvings. The body with a curved and swayed group of legs having an undercarriage with a finial centre. This serving or console table is a fine example of this iconic designers work and depicts the Hollywood Regency era at it peck of glamour.
