Description
This single-drawer Maitland Smith stacked books trunk table was made in the 1980s and is built of high-quality materials. Each "book" has a cover of granite-like stone and the pages are composed of carved stone to give the appearance of pages. Brass inlays combined with faux leather accents create visual depth and give the table a pleasant warm tone. Two of these books are set on a metal base painted and shaped to look like wood - faux bois. Visually distinct and pleasantly practical, this charming end table is suitable for any living room or bedroom.
