Postmodern “Moon” extendable dining table designed by Mario Mazzer for Zanette, Italy. The sculptural design features a circular clear-glass top supported by a glossy black lacquered base with bold geometric forms. A crescent-shaped extension rotates outward from beneath the glass, expanding the tabletop while creating the distinctive lunar silhouette that inspired its name. Both practical and visually engaging, the table combines transparent glass, reflective lacquer, and an ingenious mechanical design. An exceptional example of late 20th-century Italian design, equally suited to a dining room, breakfast area, or contemporary interior.
