Large mid-century desk with rosewood veneer and a polished finish, likely from Germany, circa 1960.
* Rectangular, straight-lined design.
* Exterior refinished with beautiful rosewood veneer and hand-polished with shellac.
* Interior in light maple veneer.
* Square, overhanging writing surface with open compartments underneath.
* Three drawers on the left, one of which is lockable.
* One lockable door on the right, with a shelf inside.
* A lockable hinged door at the back with an open compartment.
* 2 chrome-plated keys, included.
* Freestanding, supported by 4 stainless steel legs.
* Original „Echtes Holz“ (Real Wood) sticker on the inside of the door. This sticker was used in the 1950s and 1960s in Germany to differentiate high-quality real wooden furniture from cheaper productions coming up around that time.
* Restored condition.
