Description
A sculptural Italian dining table from the 1950s, exemplifying the era’s synthesis of modernist form and master craftsmanship. The angular solid wood base supports a floating glass top, creating a poised, architectural presence.
The apron is distinguished by an intricate hand-inlaid marquetry panel depicting a stylized figurative composition in contrasting veneers, lending depth and quiet narrative character.
A rare and distinctive example of mid-century Italian design. -
