Description
Painted baroque Swedish demilune fold-over table, dating to the late 17th century. Softwood table constructed circa 1670-1699 in Halland, Sweden, with scrubbed demilune top that flips into a full circle. Raised upon a carved bobbin base in original blue-green paint. Rear support of base splits to form a gateleg which supports the flipped top.
