Pair of 19th c. Italian Tables from a Convent in Original Paint

A beautiful pair of Italian tables in original patina with a lovely history. These 19th century tables came from the Convent of the Augustinian Sisters in Vicopelago in Lucca. They were use were used for dining and for ironing. A blanket was laid on the tables so that sheets and other items could be ironed. There are 2 apron pieces that were made recently to continue the apron between each table. If you prefer, the 2 apron pieces can be removed.
