Description
Pair of blue agate console tables
Continental, 20th Century
Height 92cm, width 152.5cm, depth 36cm
A blue agate veneer covers the surface of both console tables crafted in the 20th century. The sea of blue circular shapes creates an intriguing pattern, where one needs to take their time to truly appreciate the beauty of each piece of agate.
A blue agate rock is naturally coloured in various shades of blue ranging from very light to very dark, superbly demonstrated on this pair of console tables. Occasionally, shades of brown and green can be spotted among the plethora of blue agate pieces adding intriguing features to the design.
This rock carries calming energy and it is believed to encourage reflection. The patterns decorating all surfaces of these console tables demonstrate the endless possibilities of nature and would superbly fit in both indoor and outdoor spaces. -
