A stunning pair of early 19th century ebonized console tables in solid wood. Probably French.
A very desirable find, these console tables. Beautiful proportions and just the right amount of ornament. They show rounded corners and turned legs joined by beautiful shaped stretchers. The ebonized finish has worn back in places, revealing tone and texture beneath.
A balanced form with quiet curves and subtle ornamentation. Very elegant, timeless and versatile. The console tables show a wonderful patina, honest and untouched condition.
