Philip and Kelvin LaVerne, Mid-Century Modern, Large Spring Festival Console Table, Bronze, 1960s
Rare and important special order example of an engraved and patinated bronze-clad wood 'Spring Festival' console table by Philip and Kelvin LaVerne. This particular work stretches to 74 inches long while the vast majority of spring festival console tables measure only 56 inches in width. An opportunity to acquire an investment grade piece; work by the father son design duo has been steadily increasing in value over the past 5-10 years. This is currently the largest Spring Festival console table available on the decorative arts market.
