Description
A striking game table set designed by Pierluigi Molinari, composed of a square table with rounded corners and four coordinating chairs. The table features a green playing surface framed in black lacquer, supported by sculptural legs with integrated open compartments that add both architectural interest and practical storage.
The four chairs echo the table’s clean, modern lines, crafted in black lacquered wood with woven cane seats that introduce warmth and texture. Their compact proportions allow them to tuck neatly beneath the table, reinforcing the set’s functional, space-conscious design.
Defined by bold geometry, contrasting materials, and a strong graphic presence, this ensemble reflects the experimental spirit of Italian design in the 1970s—where furniture was conceived as both functional object and sculptural statement.
