Description
Queen Anne One-Drawer Tavern Table, Pennsylvania, ca. 1730-50. The size and presence of the piece are fairly indicative to its origin. The cleeted top which is removable, rests above a deep central drawer. The turned legs and the block-and-turned stretchers are found on earlier examples of Queen Anne tavern tables.
