Description
Regency faux bamboo painted and stenciled side or work table, the top decorated with painted still life of peaches, grapes and a basket of pomegranates on a golden background. The hinged top lifts to reveal the storage space below and a stunning painting of shells, coral and greenery on the inside top. The front apron is painted with a Greek key border and gilded C-scrolls. The lower shelf with one drawer is painted with sheep and fowl on a golden background. All raised on faux bamboo legs. The background color of the drawer and sides is a very dark Essex green.
