Severin Hansen Model 36 Mahogany Writing Desk

Description
One of the most sought-after and recognized desks from the Danish Modern period, the Model 36 was designed by Danish designer Severin Hansen in 1958. This terrific writing desk in mahogany was procured directly from a Woodbridge, CT estate and recently refinished in a natural clear stain. It was formerly owned by the US ambassador to Sweden in the early 1960s.
There is a slight blemish on the drawer front. Small pencil head discoloration. -
