Very elegant, small and functional Art Deco writing desk from France, circa 1930.
Black piano lacquer on hardwood veneered on softwood.
High-gloss polished decorative metal strips around the plate and all five legs.
Nickel-plated handle on the door and polished mirror-metal on the drawer.
1 drawer, 1 door with 4 drawers behind it and a pull-out board. Drawers in beech and mahogany, matte polished.
Interior doors in light maple, lacquered on the door.
Measurements: H 75.5, W 131, D 70.5 cm (Footwell H 59.5 cm). -
