This Southeast Asian rain drum features a cylindrical bronze body with a flat lid, both marked by concentric circular patterns that suggest age and use. Four sturdy cast handles grip the sides, allowing the piece to be suspended or carried, while the weathered patina speaks to its long history as a functional and ceremonial object.
