A graceful Swedish table dating to circa 1850, crafted in the Gustavian style and retaining its original painted finish. The rectangular top rests above a single deep drawer, fronted with fluted detailing and fitted with a simple wooden pull—an elegant yet practical feature. Carved rosettes accent the corners, lending a touch of classical ornamentation without overwhelming the design. The table stands on tapered legs, fluted along their length, which provide both stability and lightness to the overall form. Its pale, weathered paint has mellowed beautifully with time, creating a soft patina that highlights the clean lines and understated sophistication characteristic of Gustavian furniture.
