A C R O T E R I O N is pleased to offer this exceptional circa 1760 English late George II; early George III period Chippendale style richly figured solid mahogany single drawer side table of serpentine form, the single-board top above paneled friezes and single drawer retaining original brass ring pulls (extremely rare survivors) raised on deeply moulded and chamfered straight legs ending in block feet; a remarkable table of uncommon form retaining a highly desirable original finish with exquisite patina ready to be placed. 37.25" wide at front.

Provenance: An important Boston collection.
