Description
A rare and iconic piece of 20th-century design, this authentic Cartier ‘LOVE’ bangle bracelet is crafted in rich 18 karat yellow gold and bears the original signature of its legendary designer, Aldo Cipullo. Dated 1970, this bracelet hails from the inaugural era of the LOVE collection, making it a highly collectible and historically significant jewel.
This early version of the bracelet features the classic screw motif, symbolic of enduring commitment, and is secured by the original matching screwdriver. The interior is signed “Cartier” alongside “Aldo Cipullo”, and hallmarked appropriately with the 18 karat, copyright mark and date stamp.
The Cartier LOVE bangle remains one of the most recognizable and celebrated jewelry designs ever created, and early signed examples by Cipullo are increasingly rare and sought after by collectors worldwide.
